1. When an order is refunded.
2. When you redeem SG Points.
3. If you are a seller, you may withdraw the payments to SG Store Credit.
Can I topup SG Store Credit?
No.
Using SG Store Credit
Place an order like you normally would. The SG Store Credit in your account will be deducted to pay for the order. If there is insufficient SG Store Credit available, you will be asked to select a payment method to pay for the remaining balance of your order.
Checking Statement And Balance
1. To view your SG Store Credit statement, click on your profile icon on the top menu and select SG Store Credit. Then click View Statement.
2. You will be shown the record of SG Store Credit transacted in your account.
