| 7 | The balance listed on the new referral record can be withdrawn with a grace period of 90 days after the order is completed. |
| 8 | The 90 day grace period after the order is in the completed status is to ensure that the order made is not in dispute before the commission can be issued. |
| 9 | In the event that an order has been disputed or rejected, the profits associated with the order will be deducted from your balance, as SG does not receive any profit from that order. |
